An array of activities like skiing, cycling, and hiking can be enjoyed in the beautiful surroundings. The hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. Our rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a perfect temperature for a good night's sleep. The clean and well-equipped bathroom was a plus. We will definitely be coming back!
My children wanted a playground or play area for kids.

The non-smoking room at Sielanka in Ustron was cozy and well-equipped. It had a TV, dining table, and a welcome set with tea and coffee.
Personally, I didn't like the outdoor furniture in the twin/double room. Others might still enjoy it though!

As vegetarians, we were thrilled with the variety of options available for breakfast and dinner. the hotel catered to our dietary needs with delicious vegetarian and vegan dishes.
We felt happy and satisfied with everything, as the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Nothing was too much trouble.

The restaurant was the best feature of the hotel! Delicious and very convenient, it made our stay a lot more enjoyable. the location was great, very close to the main sights and attractions. the bed was quite comfortable which ensured a good night's sleep.
The room was a major disappointment. We had booked a double room but were given a suite instead, which was outdated and had a weird layout.

Spent Easter at a hotel recently, and it was located in a great spot; close to all the attractions in the area. The room was cozy and comfortable but what I liked best was the delicious breakfast, which offered a great variety of options to choose from, including fresh fruits and pastries. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating, which made us feel right at home!
Some aspects of the hotel were not up to par with our expectations. For instance, the furniture in the room seemed old and outdated, some even had stains on them.

I keep coming back because Sielanka has everything I need. Wi-Fi, free parking, bar/ lounge area, restaurant, snack bar. And a lost bracelet found by staff on my first stay. I'm coming back for a trip. No regrets. No pets. No smoking. Perfect!

Family Easter weekend getaway! We had a room on the ground floor with a lovely terrace facing west, perfect for enjoying the sunny weather. the room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing - a wide variety of delicious options that were constantly replenished. the coffee was excellent too. We also had dinner at the hotel and the food was fantastic, we really enjoyed it. the staff was incredibly accommodating, fulfilling all our requests and making sure we had a satisfying stay. Thank you!
That we had initially booked a double room, but upon arrival, we were informed that it wasn't available. They upgraded us to a suite, which was nice, but the room felt outdated and the double bed was upstairs in a loft with steep stairs.
